Arriving in a new place of residence requires spatial orientation and an overview of relevant infrastructure. A critical prerequisite is the provision of housing.

Research Questions:

  • What experiences do care workers and nurses with a so-called migration background have during their first days in their new place of residence? How do they orient themselves, and who supports them?
  • How do employees perceive the provision of housing, and how do they evaluate its location and quality?
